For the Learning and Mentoring Programme:

 

1. Your name and your child's name.

 

2. The child's age.

 

3. A brief explanation of the challenges you are currently facing and / or
the specific areas you would like to work on.

 

4. Any other useful information.

 

For the Educational Resource Programme for Pre-Schools and Primary Schools:

 

Please provide us with the name of your school and contact details. We will then be in touch to get you started so you can receive your very first unit of our Kaleidoscope Stories Educational Resource Programme.
