Wednesday January 30th 2019

'Manifesting Magic moving into the school year ahead'

This is the very first Empowered Kids Workshop of 2019 and will be SUPER empowering for all children who attend. We will focus on preparing for the school year ahead. We will be creating our very own VISION BOARDS FOR CHILDREN! We will be setting goals, in particular relating to starting school in term 1. Setting goals not only that may be 'tangible' (which is awesome!) but also 'inner goals' which as we know through mindfulness are indeed the most powerful! Combined with this we will focus on self regulation and calming techniques, talk about feelings / emotions and how it is ok to 'FEEL' uncomfortable feelings (nervous, worried, scared, etc.). We will also learn how to navigate through these feelings all in good time before we start the new school year ahead. This will be lots of fun and tranformational at the same time!
